- Paper filter
- Coffee grinder

Ingredients
- 20g light roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 30g mixed forest berries (lingonberries, blueberries)
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse paper filter and place in pour-over dripper
- Grind coffee to medium-fine consistency
- Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
- Add ground coffee to filter and create a small well in the center
- Pour 50ml water for blooming and wait 30 seconds
- Gradually pour remaining water in circular motions
- Gently crush berries in serving cup
- Add honey to the cup
- Pour brewed coffee over berry mixture
- Stir gently and serve immediately
