Ingredients
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 200ml hot water (175°F/80°C)
- 60ml coconut milk
- 4-5 fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a fine-medium consistency
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Let steep for 1 minute
- While steeping, muddle Thai basil leaves in your serving glass
- Add ice cubes to the glass
