Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coarse ground Vietnamese coffee
- 2 cups hot water (200°F)
- 4 tablespoons pandan syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- 2 pandan leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add ground coffee to French press
- Pour hot water over coffee grounds and let steep for 4 minutes
- Slowly press down the French press plunger
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes
- Add 2 tablespoons pandan syrup to each glass
