Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (195-205°F)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Optional: 2 tablespoons hot water to dilute if desired
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a fine-medium consistency
- Set up your AeroPress in the standard position with a paper filter
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Wait 1 minute, then press slowly
- In your serving cup, mix tahini and caramel sauce
