Ingredients

  • 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans, finely ground
  • 200ml hot water (195-205°F)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon lavender syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hot water for diluting
  • Optional: steamed milk foam for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat your water to 195-205°F (90-96°C)
  2. Place a paper filter in your AeroPress and rinse with hot water
  3. Add your freshly ground coffee to the AeroPress
  4. Pour in about 50ml of hot water to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds
  5. Add the remaining water up to the '4' mark
  6. Stir gently 3 times
  7. Attach the filter cap and let steep for 1 minute
  8. Press slowly for about 30 seconds

  10. Add the pressed coffee and stir well
  11. Add hot water to dilute if desired
