Ingredients
- 17g light roast coffee beans, ground medium-fine
- 1 ruby grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons rosemary sugar
- 240ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- Ice cubes
- **For the rosemary sugar:**
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- **Prepare the rosemary sugar:** Mix sugar with finely chopped rosemary leaves. Store in an airtight container for 24 hours before use.
- Juice half of the ruby grapefruit and set aside.
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position with a paper filter.
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress.
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently.
- Let steep for 1 minute.
