Ingredients
- 2 oz (about 6-8) fresh blackberries
- 3 fresh sage leaves
- 30g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 tbsp honey, divided
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- Ice cubes
- Additional sage leaf and blackberry for garnish
