Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and turns amber, about 3-4 minutes
