- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 240ml filtered water for brewing
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 60ml hot water for mist
Instructions
- Mix all ground spices together in a small bowl
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Mix ground coffee with spice blend
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add coffee-spice mixture to filter
- Pour 50ml hot water for blooming, wait 30 seconds
- Gradually pour remaining water in circular motion
