Yuzu Ginger Flash Brew
A refreshing flash-brewed coffee with zesty yuzu and spicy ginger kick
June 12, 2025
Looking for a bright, energizing coffee experience? This Yuzu Ginger Flash Brew combines the crisp clarity of flash-brewed coffee with the citrusy pop of Japanese yuzu and the warming zing of fresh ginger. It's like sunshine in a glass!
This recipe uses the flash-brewing method - hot coffee brewed directly over ice - to create a smooth, never bitter drink. We recommend using a light roast Ethiopian or Kenyan coffee for its natural citrus notes that perfectly complement the yuzu and ginger. Perfect for hot summer days or whenever you need a refreshing pick-me-up.
