Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cups hot water (200°F)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (optional)
- Coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add ground coffee and lemongrass pieces to your French press
- Pour hot water over the coffee and lemongrass
