- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 pandan leaves (or 15ml pandan syrup)
- 120ml coconut milk (full fat, chilled)
- 15ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Pinch of salt

- **For the pandan syrup (if using fresh leaves):** 1. Blend pandan leaves with simple syrup 2. Strain and set aside
- **For the coconut cold foam:** 1. Combine chilled coconut milk with a pinch of salt 2. Froth until light and fluffy
- **For the coffee:** 1. Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency 2. Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water 3. Add ground coffee and bloom with 60ml hot water for 30 seconds 4. Continue pouring water in circular motions until you reach 300ml
