Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 pandan leaves (or 1/4 tsp pandan extract)
- 200ml coconut milk, chilled
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and brew using pour-over method with 200°F water
- If using pandan leaves, steep them in the hot coffee for 3-5 minutes, then remove
- Let coffee cool to room temperature
- In a cold shaker, vigorously shake chilled coconut milk until frothy
