Ingredients
- 4 oz medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 4 cups filtered water
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1/4 cup filtered water (for rosemary mist)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: pine syrup to taste
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the coffee beans
- In a large jar, combine ground coffee with 4 cups of filtered water
- Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated
- Cover and refrigerate for 16 hours
- Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth
- For the rosemary mist, bring 1/4 cup water to a simmer

- Strain and let cool completely
