Ingredients
- 15g medium-light roast coffee beans, ground medium-fine
- 200g filtered water at 175°F (80°C)
- 100g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Quarter strawberries and toss with sugar. Roast for 15 minutes until soft and juicy
- Blend roasted strawberries into a smooth syrup. Strain and chill
- Heat cream and white chocolate until melted. Chill completely
- Grind coffee and set up AeroPress in inverted position
- Add coffee, pour hot water, stir gently, and steep for 1:30
- Flip and press over ice
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup
- Whip chilled white chocolate cream until soft peaks form
- Top coffee with white chocolate cold foam
