Ingredients
- 4 cups cold brew coffee
- 4 fresh figs, quartered
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine figs, blackberries, honey, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add 2 sprigs of thyme and simmer for 10 minutes, gently mashing the fruits.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing gently on solids. Let cool completely.
- For each drink, fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour 2 cups of cold brew coffee over the ice.
