Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse ground coffee (medium-dark roast)
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 2 blood oranges
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Combine coarse ground coffee with cold water in a large jar. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
- For the rosemary sugar, pulse sugar and leaves from 1 rosemary sprig in a food processor until well combined.
- Strain cold brew through a coffee filter or fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth.
- Juice the blood oranges.
- For each serving, fill a glass with ice, add 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate, 2 tablespoons blood orange juice, and top with cold water.
