Ingredients

  • 30g medium-light roast coffee beans
  • 500ml filtered water at 200°F
  • 8 fresh blackberries
  • 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 240ml heavy cream
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Split vanilla bean and scrape seeds. Mix with heavy cream and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
