Ingredients
- 30g light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water for brewing
- 15ml yuzu juice
- 15ml ginger syrup
- 120ml tonic water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Brew coffee using pour over method with 300ml hot water
- Let coffee cool completely
- In a tall glass, combine yuzu juice and ginger syrup
- Fill glass with ice cubes
- Add 120ml of the cooled coffee
