  • Paper coffee filters
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse-ground medium-dark roast coffee
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water (for syrup)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Additional mint sprigs and blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine coarse-ground coffee with 4 cups cold water in a large jar
  2. Steep in refrigerator for 12 hours
  3. Meanwhile, combine blueberries, honey, and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add mint leaves
  5. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes
  6. Strain syrup and refrigerate
  7. Strain cold brew through paper filter
  8. For each serving, combine 3/4 cup cold brew with 2-3 tablespoons blueberry-mint syrup
