Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse ground dark roast coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water (for caramel)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Smoke pecans using wood chips at 180°F for 30 minutes. Chop finely once cooled.
