- Milk frother or steamer

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 fresh sage leaves
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml whole milk
- Hot water for brewing
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Brown butter with sage leaves in a small pan until golden and fragrant (about 3-4 minutes)
- Grind coffee beans to a fine consistency
- Set up AeroPress in inverted position
- Add ground coffee to AeroPress
- Pour hot water (195°F) over grounds, stir gently
- Let steep for 1 minute
- Meanwhile, strain brown butter mixture and set aside
- Steam milk until hot and creamy
- Flip and press AeroPress into your serving cup
