Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee, finely ground
- 4 fresh blackberries
- 1/4 tsp food-grade pine extract (or pine syrup)
- 8 oz hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 4 oz cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in the bottom of your serving glass
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Let steep for 1 minute
- Attach filter and cap, then flip onto your serving glass
- Press slowly for about 30 seconds
- Add pine extract and cold water
- Fill glass with ice and stir well
- Garnish with a fresh blackberry if desired
