Ingredients
- 30g light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water (for brewing)
- 60ml coconut milk
- 15ml lemongrass syrup
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Ice cubes
- **For Lemongrass Syrup:**
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised and chopped

- **Make the Lemongrass Syrup:**
- 1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan
- 2. Add chopped lemongrass and bring to a boil
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
- 4. Strain and let cool completely
- **Prepare the Coffee:**
