Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely ground dark roast coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 cardamom pods
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
- Coconut milk for serving
- Optional: maple syrup or honey for sweetening
Instructions
- Combine ground coffee and spices in a large jar
- Add cold filtered water and stir gently
