Ingredients
- 20g medium-light roast coffee beans, freshly ground
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 1 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp high-quality matcha powder
- 1 tbsp hot water for matcha
- Optional: cherry blossom syrup for garnish

- Heat filtered water to 200°F (93°C)
- Place white chocolate pieces in serving mug
- Set up pour-over dripper with filter and rinse filter with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter
- Pour 50ml water for blooming and wait 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until reaching 300ml
- While coffee brews, whisk matcha powder with 1 tbsp hot water
- Once coffee is done, stir to melt white chocolate completely
- Gently pour matcha mixture on top
