Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse ground medium-dark roast coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a large jar. Stir gently and refrigerate for 12 hours
- Make cherry syrup: Simmer cherries and honey until soft. Blend until smooth, strain, and add almond extract
- For vanilla cream: Whisk heavy cream with vanilla bean seeds and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
