Ingredients
- 30g light to medium roast coffee beans
- 400ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 blood oranges
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 whole star anise pods
- Ice cubes
- Optional: simple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Place filter in pour over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter
- Start timer and pour 60ml hot water for blooming, wait 30 seconds
- Gradually pour remaining water in circular motions
- While coffee brews, slice one blood orange and juice the other
- In serving glasses, add ice, blood orange slices, rosemary sprig, and star anise
- Once coffee is ready, let it cool slightly
- Pour coffee over ice mixture
