Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 16 oz hot water (200°F)
- 8 fresh blackberries
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add coarsely ground coffee to French press
