Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans, ground for AeroPress
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 200ml filtered water, heated to 185°F
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a fine-medium consistency
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour in half the hot water (100ml) and stir gently
- Add remaining water and let steep for 1 minute
- In your serving cup, combine tahini and maple syrup
- Attach filter and cap to AeroPress, flip onto cup, and press
