  • 4 fresh blackberries
  • 2 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla bean honey
  • 200ml filtered water at 175°F
  • Ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
