Ingredients
- 17g medium roast coffee, ground for AeroPress
- 4 fresh blackberries
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons vanilla bean honey
- 200ml filtered water at 175°F
- Ice cubes
- **For vanilla bean honey:**
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
Instructions
- Prepare vanilla bean honey by combining honey and vanilla bean seeds in a small jar. Set aside.
- In your serving glass, muddle blackberries and one sage leaf.
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position with the filter rinsed.
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress.
- Pour 200ml of 175°F water over the grounds.
- Stir gently and let steep for 1 minute.
- Attach filter cap and flip onto your serving glass.
- Press slowly for about 30 seconds.
- Add vanilla bean honey and stir to combine.
- Fill glass with ice and garnish with remaining sage leaf.
