Ingredients
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 30g toasted coconut flakes
- 15g quality cocoa powder
- 200ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 120ml macadamia milk
- 15ml coconut syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Set up AeroPress in inverted position and add ground coffee
- Add cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of toasted coconut
- Pour hot water and stir gently
- Let steep for 1 minute
- While steeping, foam macadamia milk using a milk frother
