Ingredients
- 20g medium-light roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 oz cherry blossom syrup
- Optional: coconut milk to taste
Instructions
- Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly
- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
- Place filter in pour over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee and 1 tablespoon of the toasted coconut to the filter
- Pour 50ml hot water for blooming, wait 30 seconds
