Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 240ml hot water (205°F)
- 15g dark chocolate (70% or higher), finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black peppercorn
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter and create a small well in the center
- Pour 50ml of hot water for blooming, wait 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until reaching 240ml
