Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons dark roast coffee, finely ground
- 2 squares (1 oz) high-quality dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons roasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Toast almonds in a dry pan until fragrant and golden, then chop finely
- Fill the bottom chamber of your Moka pot with hot water up to the valve
- Add finely ground coffee to the filter basket, don't tamp
