Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dark roast Vietnamese coffee, coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
- 6 ounces hot water (195°F/90°C)
Instructions
- Add condensed milk to the bottom of your serving glass
- Place the Vietnamese phin filter on top of the glass
- Add ground coffee to the filter and gently shake to level
- Place the filter insert and press down lightly
- Pour a small amount of hot water to wet the grounds and wait 30 seconds
- Fill the filter with remaining hot water and let drip (4-5 minutes)
