Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons medium-dark roast coffee beans, coarsely ground
  • 16 oz hot water (200°F)
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 maple wood chip for smoking
  • Pinch of salt
