Ingredients
- 40g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 500ml hot water (200°F)
- 2 tablespoons grade A dark maple syrup
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

- Coarsely grind the coffee beans
- Add ground coffee to French press
- Mix hot water with 1 tablespoon maple syrup
