Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 large marshmallow
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Heat water to 200°F/93°C
- Place lavender in AeroPress and pour a small amount of hot water to bloom for 30 seconds
- Add ground coffee and remaining water
- Stir gently and steep for 1 minute
- Press slowly for 30 seconds
- Stir in honey until dissolved
