Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (195°F/90°C)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 60ml oat cream
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a fine consistency
- Place AeroPress filter and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to AeroPress
- Pour hot water over grounds in circular motion
- Stir gently for 10 seconds
- Attach cap and wait 1 minute
- Press slowly for 30 seconds
- Warm oat cream separately
