Ingredients
- 25g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 375ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 tablespoons black cherry reduction
- **For the cherry reduction:**
- 2 cups fresh black cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- **For the cherry reduction:**
- 1. Combine pitted cherries, water, and honey in a saucepan
- 2. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until thickened
- 3. Strain and let cool
- **For the coffee:**
- 1. Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- 2. Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- 3. Add ground coffee and level the bed
- 4. Pour 50g water for blooming and wait 30 seconds
- 5. Continue pouring water in circular motions until reaching 375ml
- 6. Add cherry reduction and stir gently
