Ingredients

- 300ml filtered water (205Β°F)
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 15g high-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cherry syrup
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Heat filtered water to 205Β°F
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter
- Place chopped chocolate and split vanilla bean in your mug
- Pour a small amount of hot water over coffee to bloom (30 seconds)
