Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee, finely ground
- 30ml dark cherry syrup
- 5g cacao nibs
- 200ml hot water (195°F/90°C)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Place the AeroPress filter in the cap and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress chamber
- Pour 50ml of hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom
- Add remaining hot water up to the '2' mark
- Attach the cap and wait 1 minute
- Flip the AeroPress onto your mug and press gently
- Add the cherry syrup and stir well
- Top with crushed cacao nibs
- Serve hot, or over ice if desired
