Ingredients

  • 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
  • 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 1 stalk fresh lemongrass
  • 300ml filtered water at 200ยฐF

Instructions

  1. Trim and bruise the lemongrass stalk
  2. Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
  3. Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
  4. Add ground coffee to filter
  5. Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom coffee for 30 seconds
