Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
- 1 stalk fresh lemongrass
- 300ml filtered water at 200ยฐF
Instructions
- Trim and bruise the lemongrass stalk
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter
- Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom coffee for 30 seconds
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until reaching 300ml
- Add coconut palm sugar and stir
- Garnish with bruised lemongrass stalk
