Ingredients
- 17g medium-roast coffee beans
- 200ml filtered water
- 30g high-quality white chocolate
- 50g granulated sugar
- 30g sliced almonds
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- **For the caramelized white chocolate:** Spread white chocolate on a baking sheet and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown
- **For the almond brittle:** Cook sugar in a pan until amber, add almonds and baking soda, pour onto parchment paper and let cool
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Heat water to 175°F (80°C)
- Set up AeroPress in standard position with filter
- Add ground coffee and pour 50ml water for blooming (30 seconds)
- Add remaining water and stir gently
- Press slowly after 1:30 minutes total brew time
- Stir in caramelized white chocolate until melted
- Top with crushed almond brittle and a pinch of sea salt
