Ingredients
- 17g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons toffee sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
- 200ml hot water (175°F/80°C)
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- In a small pan, combine sliced banana with brown sugar and cook until caramelized (about 3 minutes)
- Whip heavy cream with toffee sauce until soft peaks form
- Set up AeroPress in standard position with paper filter
- Add ground coffee to AeroPress
- Pour hot water over coffee grounds and stir gently
- After 1 minute, press slowly
- Add caramelized bananas to the bottom of your serving mug
