Ingredients
- 2 oz freshly pulled espresso
- 1 oz burnt caramel sauce
- Β½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
- For the burnt caramel sauce:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ΒΌ cup water
- Β½ cup heavy cream
- For the rosemary simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- **For the burnt caramel sauce:** Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until dark amber. Remove from heat, carefully stir in cream. Let cool.
- **For the rosemary simple syrup:** Combine water and sugar in a pot. Add rosemary and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Add burnt caramel sauce to serving cup
- Pull espresso shot directly over caramel
- Stir in rosemary simple syrup
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig
