Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 fresh sage leaves
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans, finely ground
- 200ml filtered water
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Brown the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden and fragrant
- Add sage leaves to the butter and remove from heat. Let steep for 2 minutes, then remove sage
- Fill the Moka pot's bottom chamber with hot water up to the valve
- Add ground coffee to the filter basket, don't tamp
- Assemble the Moka pot and place on medium-low heat
