Ingredients
- 18g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 200ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 2 tablespoons butter pecan syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Set up your AeroPress in the standard position with a paper filter
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress and level the bed
- Start timer and add hot water (200°F) up to the #4 mark
- Stir gently for 10 seconds
- Attach the cap and wait until 1:30 on the timer
