 - 300ml filtered water at 200°F
 - 2 tablespoons pear syrup (from 1 pear + 1/2 cup water + 1 tablespoon honey)
 - 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
 - 1/4 cup whole milk
 - Pinch of ground ginger for garnish
 
Instructions
